For more than 30 years working in the film industry Simonetta has managed Costume Departments, creating exceptional period costumes, surrounded by awesome craftsman, in different countries, diverse languages and restricted by time and various budgets. Her strength has always been driven by her creativity, her dexterity, her capacity to manage important crew and her ability to execute each steps of costume production starting her Illustrations, cutting, sewing,  to on camera costume.

She has had the privilege of designing for renowned director such as Roland Emmerich and distinguished actors such as John Lithgow Gary Oldman, Armie Hammer, Bradley Cooper, Halle Berry, Robert De Niro, Robert Downey Jr., Penélope Cruz, Henry Cavill, Jeremy Irons, and many more.

While she enjoys creating contemporary characters, Simonetta shines most in the design of period, science fiction, and fantasy costumes, bringing her visionary creativity to life.

Previously, she supervised a fashion school departments, conducted art workshops for children in alternative schools, and continues to this day to teach "Costume Making and Production".

Currently based in Montreal, Simonetta holds both European and Canadian citizenship and is available to work worldwide. She is fluent in French, English, and Italian.
